Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work.
We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible. Emergency services are available for urgent plumbing situations.
We stand behind our work and provide warranties on our services and parts as applicable. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of service provided and will be explained at the time of service. Our warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to our work.
Rocket Plumbing & Drain is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Please ensure that pets are secured and valuable items are moved from the work area. We may need to shut off water or electricity during service, which may temporarily affect other areas of your property.
